Description:
This is an excellent site and design.  Mostly wide well maintained fairways and dense sticker filled rough.  No need to venture into the rough but if you must look out!  The footages on many of the tee signs are incorrect but were re-measured the holes and the correct footage is listed on the score card below  The course is mostly open rolling terrain with 3-4 holes in the woods.  The course has natural tees but seldom gets real muddy due the site's excellent natural drainage.  This course is a joy to play and a real credit to those involved with it's creation and maintenance.  Haven't heard the term "Frolf" since maybe the late 70's; derived from FRisbee gOLF, it was commonly used when the game was played with frisbees using trees as targets.

Directions:
From I-270 in NE Columbus take Rte 161 east approximately 15 miles to Rte 37 - turn left (north) go approx 2 miles to the center of Alexandria - turn right (north)  at the light on Liberty street -  (you'll pass Michael's Pizzeria and Carryout on the left - they sell Golf Discs, also beverages and great food) - go (north) approximately 1 mile just before the park's main entrance  turn right  on Lobdell Reserve Rd - take it to the fork- take the left side which feeds almost directly into the parking lot (be careful because you're crossing on-coming traffic).  Hole one is a blind hizer shot with short and long tees adjacent to the parking lot.
